Start

In 2006

In 2006, Techno Meter Group began producing its own products as the first private sector manufacturer of meters in Egypt using the latest technological methods for melting and casting copper. In addition to automatic tests and calibration lines, in cooperation with Itron France. During the past five years, more than 4.5 million meters were manufactured according to international standards ISO and MID.

In 2015

TMG has been working side by side with Orange (Egypt) to develop a revolutionary design for the smart metering solution along with prepayment function using M2M communication available in the market.

Recently

TMG installed Prepaid and/ or Smart metering systems in several locations such as Sahl Hashish, the Red Sea, Marsa Matrouh, Giza, Alexandria, and other W&WW companies all over Egypt.

Starting in 1992

Techno Meter Group, TMG, is an Egyptian company founded in 1992 as a supplier for measurement & control equipment. Through its partnership with technology leaders worldwide, TMG has gained an excellent reputation in local market supported by its distinguished after sale services.

In 2011

TMG was awarded the first phase & second phase for supplying prepaid water & electricity meters to Madinaty (one of the biggest residential compounds in the middle east).

TMG successfully installed control and measurement systems for several cities in Egypt, in order to monitor consumption, required pumping power, water balance, and other functions that the water authority in those cities might need, Examples are Qena, Sohag, Fayoum projects.
